Crawler Mounted Hydraulic Rotary Bored Drilling/Piling Rig – Klemm 701

JSES Ltd are able to offer the this fully hydraulic, purpose built piling rig is designed and built for the drilling of holes to a maximum diameter of 450mm and Open Auger Bored Piles that can be fully sleeved with both temporary and permanent casings up to a diameter of 340mm.
Holes are bored by a mast mounted rotary head delivering a torque of up to 15,000Nm that makes light work of even the toughest ground conditions.
The hydraulic mast can be extended/retracted to permit hole drilling and earth rods to be installed in very limited head room.
The rig is powered by a diesel fuelled hydraulic power pack that is towed behind the rig, but can be located up to 25mtr from the point of drilling.
The rig has a raking mast which ensures the rig can be tracked under limited headroom and kept within safe working limits away from live overhead powerlines into the working area. The perfect tool for Substation locations.
